We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team, expand our dealer network, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Job description

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our dealers—specialized bicycle shops—and further developing these partnerships.

You will be in daily contact with cycling enthusiasts, keeping your network strong and expanding it. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to seize growth opportunities and increase brand awareness.

After a thorough onboarding period, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively approaching potential customers and following up on leads.
  • Negotiating and closing sales agreements.
  • Developing account plans and monitoring sales results.
  • Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Providing training to Oneway dealers.
  • Representing Oneway at trade fairs and events.

As an account manager, you identify with the following profile:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Results-oriented, independent, customer-focused, and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s level of working and thinking (HBO equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer programs (e.g., Exact/Excel).
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • A strong affinity with the cycling industry is a plus.
