HR/Office Assistant at Oneway Bike

As an HR/Office Assistant at Oneway Bike, you will be a key point of contact for both our employees and management. You will ensure smooth HR processes, assist with various HR tasks, and handle office-related responsibilities. We encourage your growth and will involve you in as many activities as possible from day one. You will have ample opportunities to develop yourself in this role. What will you do?
Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Supporting recruitment and selection processes, from posting vacancies to onboarding and offboarding;

Ensuring personnel files are kept up to date;

Managing the employee review cycles;

Handling all (administrative) tasks related to employee entry, progression, and exit, including drafting employment and internship agreements as well as managing absence records;

Responding to employee inquiries on HR-related matters;

Assisting with performance and appraisal discussions;

Managing the company fleet;

Maintaining facility-related operations;

Acting as the point of contact for suppliers;

Ensuring compliance with emergency response (BHV) obligations;

Working closely with the management assistant on operational tasks;

Organizing events.

 

Your profile:

  • You have an affinity with HRM or a related field;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role;
  • You are communicatively strong and enjoy interacting with various departments and employees;
  • You are stress-resistant, proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented;
  • You are a multitasker who efficiently completes tasks with a solution-oriented, “getting-things-done” mindset;
  • Your enthusiasm shines through in all your activities, and you inspire your colleagues and guests with your energy;
  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
