As an Office Assistant, you’ll interact with various colleagues and take on a number of daily tasks such as organizing events, welcoming guests, completing checklists to ensure safety within Oneway, and maintaining the premises with related administrative tasks. In short, you ensure everything runs smoothly.

• You are the spider in the web, able to complete diverse tasks quickly and with a solution-focused, getting-things-done mentality;

• Taking initiative in this role is highly desired;
• You are proficient in the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Driving license is a plus.
