Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven store manager to join our team in Vlaardingen. As a store manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the store. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing staff, optimizing the store environment, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of sales associates and bike technicians, fostering a positive atmosphere and optimal performance;
• Establishing and executing commercial objectives, continuously monitoring sales results and revenue, and striving for improvement;
• Managing inventory and procurement, ensuring an optimal assortment in collaboration with the team;
• Maintaining a clean and appealing store environment;
• Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with customers;
• Overseeing all aspects of store operations.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail, preferably in the cycling industry;
• Demonstrable commercial skills and experience in achieving sales targets;
• Passion for cycling and experience in the bicycle industry;
• Ability to provide excellent customer advice;
• Customer-oriented mindset and commercial insight;
• Organizational talent and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team;
• Flexibility to work weekends.
